There was a time where I had no direction.
Addiction, bad habits, poor decisions… I was stuck in a cycle I couldn’t seem to break.
I knew something had to change.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
But slowly, I started making different choices.
Getting outside more. Moving my body. Spending time in my own head instead of running from it.
That’s where things started to shift.
I found something in the quiet.
In the discipline.
In doing the things I didn’t always feel like doing.
Bell House Collective is built from that place.
