About

Bell House Collective

Bell House Collective wasn’t created in comfort.

It was built from struggle.

For years, I was trapped in addiction — destructive habits and a mindset that convinced me there was no way out. At my lowest, I weighed 355 pounds and lived inside a cycle that felt impossible to break.

Like many people, I tried everything that was supposed to fix me.

Diets. Gym memberships. Quick fixes.

I would change for a moment — then fall straight back into the same patterns.

Because the real battle wasn’t my body.

The real battle was my mind.

The Shift

Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix the surface — and started working on what was underneath.

I began to understand my behaviours.

My coping mechanisms.

The patterns that had been running my life.

I realised I wasn’t weak — I was avoiding.

Avoiding pain.

Avoiding truth.

Avoiding myself.

And that’s when everything started to change.

Discipline Over Motivation

I learned something most people never realise:

You are not your thoughts

Your thoughts are not commands.

They are patterns — shaped by your past.

When I took control of my mind, everything followed.

The weight came off.

Discipline replaced chaos.

And for the first time — I was building, not destroying.

Forged, Not Found

Along that journey, I found something that became more than just training.

The kettlebell.

It became a symbol of discipline.

A tool for strength — physically and mentally.

Not comfort. Not shortcuts.

Work.

The Power of Community

But strength alone wasn’t enough.

What truly changed everything was community.

I found a space where people showed up for each other, pushed each other, and grew stronger together.

That sense of belonging became the foundation of everything.

And from that — Bell House Collective was born.

What We Stand For

Bell House Collective is built on three principles:

The Bell

Strength is not something you find. It’s something you forge.

The House

A place of safety, rebuilding, and trust.

The Collective

A group of people committed to growth — together.

More Than Clothing

This isn’t just clothing.

Every piece represents:

         Growth

         Identity

         Discipline

Becoming who you’re meant to be

This brand is for people who are rebuilding.

For people choosing a different path.

The Mission

Bell House Collective exists to help people rebuild themselves from the inside out — through strength, awareness, and community.

Because strength isn’t given.

It’s forged.
